Dr. John Cali is the owner and founder of Veterinary Heart-Sounds. For the past 25 years, Dr. Cali has been performing mobile ultrasound services for over 100 hospitals in New Jersey and New York. Dr. Cali grew up in Hudson County, New Jersey. In 1978, he received his undergraduate degree from Farleigh Dickerson University in Rutherford, New Jersey. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985.
Upon graduating, Dr. Cali did an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey. After five years of private practice, he became a cardiology consultant at Cardiopet Inc. in Roslyn, New York. In his free time, Dr. Cali enjoys spending time with his three sons (all of whom are veterinarians), boating, baseball, and going to Bruce Springsteen concerts. |
